Title: More than Blue
A report on the Office Application group assignment.
The theme of this story is that a teenager in his rebellious period missed a good opportunity because he did not solve the dispute and misunderstanding with his parents in time and chose to escape.
In this story, Blue is the main character. Blue is a hard-working bread in the village. The village head told him to do things, he can do very well, is very popular among the villagers. However, Blue was not on good terms with his parents. Originally, Blue had asked his parents to send him to college for further study before, but his parents refused, insist that he go to work. From that day on, Blue left his parents and never went back.
One day, Blue received a letter from the city, the content is the appointment letter, invite Blue to work for the LEGOLAND as a tour guide. He did not hesitate to pack up on the same day, took a one-day bus arrived, and began his new life.
After 3 years, Blue had earned enough money to go up to the university, resigned a job, plan to return home to see parents, after all outside a lot of years, looking at others family harmony, he forgave parents already.
Back in the village, Blue went straight to the direction of home, met is a dilapidated house. He was in a hurry to look for his parents in the village. The villagers on the roadside saw him and were silent. Blue had to head to the village head, looking for answers.
It turned out that Blue’s mother had been diagnosed with cancer, and his father had worked hard in order to raise enough money to cure his mother, but it was still too late. Later, his father went to the city to find Blue, but he was so tired that he accidentally had an accident and died.
Blue went to his parents’ graveyard, opened up a envelope that his parents left him from the village head, inside have one letter and some moneys. He opened up the letter, is a testament for him, tell him to take good care of himself and leave some money for him to finish his dream and please forgave them.
The message of this story is forgiveness. When you do not forgive now, you will be regret when it is too late.
In our groups, Wei Thong, Brian and Hui Wen were doing the graphic design and the animation and transition. Wai Kit and Wen Bing were finding the sound effect, provide storyline and background music.
